AMANDA L. BARNEY is an associate of the firm.  Amanda’s practice area is trust and estate litigation, with a particular focus on undue influence and financial exploitation.  She is experienced in dealing with multi-jurisdictional trust and estate litigation, as well as litigation that deals with complex business and real property issues.  Amanda is active in organized law, serving on the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Maricopa County Bar Association.  Amanda is a co-author of Arizona Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation with Forms (Matthew Bender ed., 2023). She guest lectures at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law on undue influence and other litigation issues. She attended Berry College in Georgia where she received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science in 2015. She then attended Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2018.  Amanda joined the firm shortly thereafter. In her free time, Amanda enjoys practicing yoga and hiking.
